The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 10,

    "An Act relating to real property foreclosures, to the sale of                                                              
    property on execution, and to deeds of trust."                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
Representative Holmes moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                    
CSHB 108(JUD) be returned to second reading for the specific                                                                    
purpose of considering Amendment No. 1.  There being no objection,
